• Minimum rental age: 25 years, with valid driver's license for at least one year.

• Age 23 and 24 are charged at supplement to be paid locally - 23 years old must have held a driver's license for at least three years

• Rental days are on a 24-hour basis, starting at rental beginning. A grace period of 59 minutes before charging one full day rental at local rates plus VAT tax applies

• Car reservations are made by car group and not by car model within a category. Reservations for specific models will not be accepted

• Vehicles are not permitted to travel to Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary or any other Eastern European country. International one way rentals are allowed but may be subject to restrictions and additional fees

• Infant seats, ski racks, and snow chains may be available on request, at an additional charge to be paid locally

• A deposit for a full tank of gas has to be guaranteed at the time of car pick up in the form of an imprint of a major credit card

• Extension of rentals or upgrades to a larger car group requested locally must be paid at local rates plus VAT tax

• Second driver must meet all above license requirements and pay a supplement locally

• In addition to the voucher, client must be in possession of at least one major credit card at the beginning of the rental

• Vehicles must be returned to the location specified in voucher, otherwise a drop-off charge applies
