•	Driving License And Minimum Age - A valid license issued at least 12 months before is needed. Customer must be minimum: 19 years old to rent cars up to 1900 engine power; 25 years old for cars with higher engine Power; Customers under 23 years old will be charged locally additional fees; Second driver must meet same requirements as the first driver. An extra charge will be applied.
•	Credit Cards - Renter must present at time of rental a valid credit card, in his own name, with available credit. Major credit cards are accepted.
•	Vehicle Return - Rental days are based on 24 hours periods starting at the time the vehicle is collected. Late return over 24 hours and 59 minutes will be subject to an additional day charge.
•	Third Party Liability Insurance, RCA - Maggiore's RCA guarantees as insurance against civil liability for causing death or bodily injury to third parties or damage to animals and property up to a maximum of 15.000.000 euro.
